Alabama High School Athletic Association Southern Super Regional Cheer Competition
Mobile Civic Center Arena: ?Wednesday, November 7, 2018
This inaugural event will draw competitive cheer squads from middle school to varsity, including coed teams - all vying for a spot in the state competition. Squads will be judged on their performance of two routines: Traditional (cheer/gymnastics) and Game Day (chants, cheers, stunts, tumbling and/or jumps) which culminates with their school's fight song).

Alabama High School Athletic Association South Sectional Swim and Dive Meet
Bishop State Community College: Friday & Saturday, Nov. 16-17, 2018
This 5th Annual event will be held in the Fredericka G. Evans Cultural Centre on the main campus of Bishop State. The two-day meet serves as the AHSAA South Sectional Championship as student-athletes compete for a qualifying spot to advance to the Alabama State Championship in Auburn.

The Gulf Coast Clash Presented by Mobile Sports Authority
Mobile Civic Center Arena: Friday & Saturday, Nov. 16-17, 2018
This is the premier season-opening high school wrestling tournament in the Southeast. This inaugural event will feature up to 30 teams from Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, and Louisiana with 12 returning state champs and almost 60 returning state placers in the field.

Youth Holiday Bowl National Championship
Herndon Sage Park: Friday-Sunday, Nov. 16-18, 2018
The Holiday Bowl is shaping up to be the largest and most recognized post-season youth football event in the country! Local and national teams (aged 5-14 YO) will be competing for their respective divisional championship ranking, rings, and an OFFICIAL invite to the Pro Football Hall of Fame Regionals!
