The 2021 US Trail Running Conference will take place October 27-30, 2021, in Fayetteville, Arkansas. We will be using the same facilities as we did in October 2020, where our main host, the Fayetteville Town Center, is able to provide flexible seating arrangements whatever restrictions and advice are in place regarding COVID at that time. They looked after us superbly in 2020, and we look forward to working with them again next year!
The 2021 Conference will follow the same successful format as the 2020 event, with Wednesday October 27 to Friday October 30 geared towards Trail Race Directors, and Saturday October 30 offers content dedicated to Trail Runners.
There will be fun runs arranged during the Conference for Thursday and Friday mornings, supported by Fayetteville Parks and Recreation Department - we also expect to have at least one partner race that will take place during the Conference weekend - more news on this to come.
The Graduate Hotel will be our exclusive accommodation host as in 2020, and provided excellent high quality rooms and high standards of service. We look forward to working with them again.

We will also be announcing details of a new webinar series that we will be launching in January, providing monthly webinars for race directors that will cover a specific subject each month. Look out for more news in early January on this exciting addition to the USTRC portfolio.
There will be no tiered date driven pricing increases for this event – we recognize that our industry has been significantly impacted by the COVID pandemic, and so we decided to offer one low pricing structure to enable as many race directors as possible to participate. We will also be introducing new discount offers for under represented groups in a positive move to increase diversity & inclusion - see details below.
