US Trail Running Conference Coming to Fayetteville

The eighth edition of the US Trail Running Conference heads to Fayetteville, AR. We look forward to an exciting event in a new location, and to meeting race directors and trail runners from the Eastern side of the US, as well as across the country. The Conference takes place in the Fayetteville Town Center - there is ample parking nearby both at the Center, or in downtown Fayetteville. The primary accommodation option for all attendees is Graduate Fayetteville, with room options during the Conference at $119-129 per night.

Whether you’re an experienced trail runner, an ultra-marathoner, a trail newbie, a Trail Race Director, or somewhere in between, the eighth annual US Trail Running Conference, presented by Race Roster, is for you. The Conference is held in partnership with the American Trail Running Association, and brought to you by Active at Altitude.

All day Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of the 2020 Conference is focused on Trail Race Directors, including speaker panels, round table sessions, and breakout sessions to share information and brainstorm ideas that our surveys have found are critical for all Trail Race race directors. The event also includes a top level expo featuring vendors that produce products or services applicable to Trail race Directors.

You can choose to attend for all the days, or you have options to include portions of the Conference to suit your schedule. You also have the option to include the trail runner sessions on Saturday October 24 as well. We will also be looking to include fun runs on local trails in Fayetteville during the Conference.

The rates for Trail Race Directors include access to all workshops and sessions, networking events where featured, access to expo, lunch on the full days, and refreshments at break times. There will also be a Conference app available. See the full schedule for Trail Race Directors here.

The final Saturday of the Conference, October 24, is dedicated to Trail Runners. With speaker panels, guest elite athletes, interactive workshops, demo products, full and varied expo with trail related products, this is an occasion that Trail Runners will not want to miss!

When you register you have options to become a member of ATRA, as well as help fundraise for ATRA. We will update you with news on these programs. In 2019, the Conference raised more than $1000 for ATRA.
