Placer Valley Hosting Mountain Bike Action

Placer Valley, California, has announced the NorCal High School Mountain Bike Race, to take place April 8-9.

Rain or shine, more than 1,000 high school mountain bike riders are ready to shift it into high gear for the race dubbed the Granite Bay Grinder. These fearless riders will take to the course around the Folsom State Recreation Area at Granite Beach in hopes of earning a spot on the podium. Food trucks and merchandise booths will be on site and admission to the race is free; however the area does charge a $12 parking fee. Come check out these incredible student athletes rip it up like only a hardcore mountain biker can.
