USA Synchro will celebrate its Olympic past and look toward continued Olympic success when it hosts its second annual "Sequins, Glitter and Gold" fundraiser Sept. 19 at Orinda Country Club in Orinda, Calif.
The 2016 U.S. Olympic Duet will be announced at the event, held to raise funds for the U.S. national synchronized swimming teams.
More than 20 Olympians from synchronized swimming and other sports will be present at the fundraiser. Master of ceremony duties will be shared by Lauren McFall, 2004 Olympic bronze medalist and team captain, and Kim Probst, 2008 Olympic team captain.
A live auction, silent auction and raffle will be held, with auction items including an African safari, Vera Bradley bag, Esther Williams art piece, wine basket and U.S. National Team wear.
Tickets are available at this link. Tickets at the door are $100; a limited number of VIP tickets, in which the attendees will be seated with a member of the U.S. National Team, are $125.
