The United States Tennis Association Crabel Capital Men's 65 National Hard Court Championships is scheduled for Monday, May 17-Sunday, May 23, 2021.
The national tennis event, which will feature many of the top competitors from across the country in the 65-and-over division, will be played at the Barnes Tennis Center, 4490 W Point Loma Blvd, San Diego, CA 92107.
The tournament will include singles and doubles draws. Main draw singles matches will use a match format of best of three tie-break sets. The doubles draw will use Round Robin flights with elimination playoffs and a match format of two sets and a match tiebreak in lieu of a third set.
“Many national tennis tournaments were cancelled in 2020 and early 2021 due to the pandemic, so we are very excited to offer players an opportunity to play for a national championship.” said Tournament Director Todd Sprague. “We are looking forward to a great week of senior championship tennis.”
