The 2018 Rampart Holiday Classic, an annual New Year's tradition in Colorado Springs, will take place on January 4-6, and for the first time will be played on the Tom Falgien court at The Broadmoor World Arena.
Four varsity boys and four varsity girls basketball teams from Southern Colorado high schools will compete during the three-day tournament, hosted by Rampart Athletics, The Broadmoor World Arena, and the Sports Corp, with players aiming at a chance to be selected as a member of the All-Tournament Team or Tournament MVP.
The schools participating in the tournament are Pueblo West High School, Colorado Springs Christian Schools, Fruita Monument High School and Rampart High School. The tournament begins at 3:30 pm on Thursday, January 4 and Friday, January 5; and at 2:30 pm on Saturday, January 6.
To celebrate the holiday season with the Holiday Classic, three-day passes are now available online only. Reserved-seat three-day passes can be purchased for $25.00; General Admission three-day passes will be $22.00; and Student three-day passes will be $12.50.
Single-seat tickets for the tournament will go on sale on Tuesday, November 28 at 10 am and can be purchased at the Broadmoor World Arena box office or online at www.BroadmoorWorldArena.com. Prices start at $8.00 for General Admission seats and $10.00 for Reserved seats. Student tickets are $5.00.
