Celebrate the 4th of July at the NEW Star Spangled Symphony & July 4th Block Party! Enjoy a free concert and block party at the Pikes Peak Center in downtown Colorado Springs on July 4, 2022. The concert, led by Associate Conductor Thomas Wilson, features patriotic favorites like 1812 Overture, The Olympic Spirit, America the Beautiful, among others.
With the event just around the corner, the Colorado Springs Philharmonic and Colorado Springs Sports Corporation are eager to share the ancillary events surrounding this community celebration including:

FREE Colorado Springs Philharmonic Concert

The Star Spangled Symphony is a FREE patriotic concert for the Pikes Peak region. The concert, conducted by Associate Conductor Thomas Wilson, will begin at 4:30 PM and is scheduled to last 80 minutes. Music on the program features patriotic favorites like 1812 Overture, The Olympic Spirit, America the Beautiful, and others.
Elio Nova-Wolfe is thrilled to be performing once again with the Philharmonic. A vocalist, he is a graduate of West Liberty and Pace University, worked for NCLH Creative Studios as a singer/dancer and vocal captain pre-pandemic. Currently, he performs (and bartends) just down the street at the award-winning LGBTQIA+ piano bar Icons-CO. He also sings with the all-star Soul X band, and recently finished his first national tour in Motones and Jerseys.
