CSMG to Host CENC Southeast Region Esports Invitational In Kissimmee

The Road to CENC 2022 continues as Collegiate Sports Management Group (CSMG) plays host to the CENC Southeast Region Invitational presented by US Army 2nd Recruiting Brigade at the Osceola Heritage Park Events Center in Kissimmee, Florida from November 6-7, 2021. The Southeast Regional is the second of six regional invitationals CSMG will be hosting on the way to the Collegiate Esports Nationals in May 2022.

 CSMG is proud to partner with Osceola Heritage Park as the host venue where teams will meet in Florida for a competitive regional showdown. This invitational will feature collegiate teams competing in Rocket League and Overwatch for regional supremacy and to qualify for CSMG’s Nationals in May. The first day of competitive play will feature a double-elimination style bracket which will lead into the Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and Finals taking place the following day. Both game titles will be occurring simultaneously as the arena will be divided into two separated gaming halls. In addition to all of the competitive gaming, a guest speaker from the U.S. Army 2nd Recruiting Brigade will be making an appearance to provide insights on career opportunities within the U.S. Army Brigade.

This past spring CSMG hosted the inaugural Collegiate Esports Nationals to critical success. CENC 2022 is already on target to be bigger and better. To get to CENC 2022, schools must navigate the 6 regionals to be scheduled throughout the 2021-2022 academic year.

The Invitational will be broadcast across multiple Twitch channels and simulcast on Esports Television (ESTV), the first 24/7 live linear video channel dedicated to esports reaching 60M+ households.
