Florida State Waterski Championships Coming to Palm Beach County

The Florida State Waterski Championships will take place at Okeeheelee Park onJuly 12-13. The event is sanctioned by the Florida Waterski Federation (FWF), which is affiliated with the American Waterski Association and the state chapter for USA Water Ski.

This competition features both boys and girls divisions and adult and high school age groups. Approximately 150 water ski athletes are expected to travel from across Florida to compete in the state championship.

Advancement to the Florida is primarily earned through placement on the American Waterski Association rankings list.

Athletes can also qualify by placing in FWF state tournaments or by placing in the top-five at the previous year’s states championship. For more information, visit www.floridawaterskifederation.org
