Inline Speed Skating: Florida to Host Banked Track Clinic

The 2013 Florida Fall Banked Track Clinic will be held Nov. 15-17 at Brian Piccolo Park, located in Broward County, Florida.

The event, which is governed under the rules of NGB USA Roller Sports, is applicable to inline speed skating.

In order to be eligible for the clinic, all skaters must be members of USA Roller Sports. Eighty (80) spots are available in this clinic.  All skaters must be six (6) years or older on the first day of the clinic.

Registration and orientation is Friday from 7:30 am – 9 am at Brian Piccolo Park. Skaters should plan to bring skates and helmet to orientation and registration as skating will begin at 9 am on Friday morning. Skating sessions are planned for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. There will be skating sessions on the banked track and on the road. If participants prefer different wheels for the different surfaces, they are asked to plan accordingly. Detailed schedules will be distributed at orientation.

Registration deadline is November 1, 2013: Entry forms and fees must be received by the deadline date in order to receive a BTC T-shirt.
