National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) and Corrigan Sports Enterprises (CSE) announced today the 2018 NFHCA Top Recruit Winter Escape will be moving to the Seminole County Sports Complex in Sanford, Florida. Completed in May of 2016, the facility features nine (9) lighted, artificial turf fields. The event will be held from January 12th – 14th.
Jenn Goodrich, NFHCA Executive Director said, “The move to the newly built Seminole County Sports Complex will allow Winter Escape participants to showcase their talents on an artificial turf surface. This will not only increase the level of play at Winter Escape, but will also greatly reduce the impact of potential inclement weather on playing conditions. Access to and from Orlando as well as the date change to MLK Weekend should make the event more accessible for all.”

Online registration for the 2018 Winter Escape will open this May. The 2018 NFHCA Annual Convention will be held January 9th-12th at the Marriott Orlando Lake Florida.
