Ocean Center Announces Globetrotters Game

The World’s Most Famous Team is coming to the World’s Most Famous Beach in March 2014 and tickets are on sale now.

The Harlem Globetrotters are bringing a new show to the Volusia County Ocean Center, Daytona Beach, for a performance at 2 p.m. Saturday, Mar. 1. The tour represents the Globetrotters’ 88th consecutive season of world tours, and will include 290 shows in more than 250 cities through April 2014.

Globetrotters’ stars on the tour include stars such as Special K Daley, Big Easy Lofton, Flight Time Lang, Hi-Lite Bruton, and Dizzy Grant – plus female stars TNT Maddox, T-Time Brawner and Sweet J Ekworomadu*.  

Tickets start at $17, plus applicable service charges, and may be purchased at the Ocean Center box office, all Ticketmaster outlets, online at www.ticketmaster.com, or by calling Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000. Ocean Center box office hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. On the day of show, the box office is open 10 a.m. - show time Monday through Friday, and noon - show time Saturdays and Sundays. The box office accepts cash, Visa and MasterCard. The Ocean Center box office is at 101 N. Atlantic Ave., Daytona Beach.
