The US Youth Soccer 2020 Conferences Girls Winter Showcase will be held at Premier Sports Campus, Lakewood Ranch, Florida, from Jan. 10-12, 2020.
APPLICATION
OVERVIEW
This is an invitational event for invited US Youth Soccer National League and USYS Conference teams, with games played alongside the National League Girls Winter Showcase. The Conferences Showcase hopes to provide Conference teams with the opportunity to play three teams from outside of their respective Conferences.
While the event is open to teams participating in a US Youth Soccer Conference, a limited number of applications will be accepted. With the goal of cross-conference matches, the acceptance process must take into account the volume of teams per Conference to best avoid in-Conference match-ups. EVENT INFO
+ Open to US Youth Soccer Conference teams with games played alongside the National League Girls Winter Showcase
+ Open to Girls teams in the 15U, 16U, 17U and 18/19U age groups
+ The team entry fee is $895 and includes three matches (one match per day)
+ Very limited number of slots in each age group
EVENT STRUCTURE
Matches played alongside National League matches and the following number of National League teams:
- 16 15U National League teams
- 16 16U National League teams
- 16 17U National League teams
- 16 18U National League teams
- 8 19U National League teams
A total of 72 National League teams along with additional Conference teams
SCHEDULE
Teams will play one game per day on Jan. 10, 11 and 12. Games on Jan. 12 will have reduced match lengths to allow for travel on that day.
The game schedule will available closer to the event dates.
