Baseball
FITTEAM Ballpark of the Palm Beaches
FITTEAM Ballpark of the Palm Beaches is the newest spring training facility in the Palm Beach County. Home to the Washington Nationals and Houston Astros, Palm Beach County is the only Florida county with four MLB teams in two world-class training facilities. The complex features a stadium with 6,400 fixed seats as well as an additional 1,000 seats in the outfield berm, 6 luxury boxes, two (2) party decks, 12 supplementary practice fields with professional dimensions, and seven (7) multi-purpose fields built to FIFA specifications.
Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium
Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium is the spring training home of the Miami Marlins and St. Louis Cardinals. The 7,000 seat stadium features 6 luxury sky-boxes, two levels of permanent seating, parking, concessions, and 12 supplementary practice fields. The Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium Complex is the only stadium in the country to host four minor league teams. This facility has played host to the USA Baseball National Team Championships and Perfect Game’s WWBA World Championship for over 10 years. With FITTEAM Ballpark of the Palm Beaches, Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, and the Santaluces Athletic Complex, The Palm Beaches has the ability to use 30 MLB-quality diamonds.
Multi-Purpose
International Polo Club
The International Polo Club (IPC) was selected as “Florida’s Sports Venue of the Year” in 2016 by the Florida Sports Foundation. IPC is the home to the world polo circuit, which culminates with the prestigious United States Open Polo Championship. IPC consists of 7 full sized polo fields. Each polo field is the equivalent of 9 football fields. Apart from polo, the International Polo Club has hosted some of the nation’s largest sporting events. It has been home to USA Field Hockey’s National Hockey Festival, the AYSO National Games and several other field sports. In 2019, IPC will host the largest lacrosse tournament in the world.
The Gardens North County District Park
The Gardens North County District Park is equipped with nine Latitude 36 Bermuda Grass lighted multipurpose fields, one full-size training field, one agility field, three concession stands, one meeting room, a splash pad, a playground, a ninja fitness course and a fitness trail. It can accommodate sports such as archery, field hockey, lacrosse, rugby, soccer and croquet. Each multipurpose field can fit a full-size FIFA field and be configured in a variety of ways to accommodate an array of field layouts.?State-of-the-art LED sports lighting surrounds the multipurpose fields, luscious hibiscus flowers line the playground area, and colorful, anti-slip concrete has been laid in the splash pad. The park is adjacent to the award-winning Palm Beach Gardens Tennis & Pickleball Center.
Florida Atlantic University Stadium
The 30,000-seat, multi-purpose stadium, and home of FAU football, is equipped with a press level, five (5) locker rooms and two (2) suite levels consisting of 24 suites. It has hosted the Olympic Gold Medal-winning U.S. Women’s National soccer team, Major League Lacrosse, and international soccer matches, including a FIFA match between Ecuador and Germany. This stadium also plays host to the Cheribundi Boca Raton Bowl, which is one of 40 NCAA DI FBS Bowl Games. FAU stadium is the only college stadium with a view of the Atlantic Ocean.
Tennis
Delray Beach Tennis Center
Palm Beach County is home to over 1,400 tennis courts. The Delray Beach Tennis Center is a full-service public tennis facility with 14 clay courts, 6 hard courts, and an 8,200 seat stadium located in the heart of Delray Beach, FL. The Delray Beach Tennis Center features an upstairs pavilion and conference room, pro-shop with locker rooms, racquet stringing, and merchandise. Delray Beach is home to the Delray Swim & Tennis Club which adds another 24 courts adjacent to the Delray Beach Tennis Center. The two facilities combine for nearly 50 courts.

The Palm Beach County Sports Commission can assist organizers with venue/facility selection, organizing event room blocks, soliciting volunteers, marketing/public relations, and event management. There are also financial partnership opportunities available. The sports commission can help organizers apply for funding through grants for qualifying events. The commission diligently works with event owners to make sure their events are a success and their participants have the best possible experience in Palm Beach County.

Science is exciting at the South Florida Science Center & Aquarium, featuring educational, interactive exhibits and a 10,000-gallon fresh and saltwater aquarium. Athletes can get up close and personal with some of the ocean’s most incredible residents at Loggerhead Marinelife Center. The organization works to conserve ocean ecosystems through educational exhibits.
Teams can cool off at Rapids Water Park, South Florida’s largest water park. It boasts 30 acres of attractions and 42 thrilling water slides and rides. Those in needs of some retail therapy can head over to the Palm Beach Outlets, featuring over 100 stores to browse.
