The Columbia County Convention and Visitors Bureau is proud to welcome the USA Cycling & Para-Cycling Masters Road National Championship, June 13-17, 2018 to Fort Gordon. The five-day event will take place at Fort Gordon and Downtown Augusta. The schedule is as follows:
Wednesday, June 13th: Para-Cycling Road Race National Championship and on Fort Gordon
Thursday, June 14th: Para-Cycling & Cycling Individual Time Trial National Championships on Fort Gordon
Friday, June 15th - Saturday, June 16th: Cycling Masters Road Race National Championship on Fort Gordon
Sunday, June 17th: Masters Criterium National Championship in Downtown Augusta
The Columbia County Convention and Visitors Bureau is proud to sponsor this event being hosted by the Augusta Sports Council. The event is expected to bring in 1,200 cyclists staying in area hotels. The economic impact to the region is estimated to be $1,745,044.27 with an impact of approximately $528,801.27 in Columbia County alone.
