Play Ball in Kankakee County

Kankakee County Convention and Visitors Bureau announces that baseball and softball are back. April brings two major tournaments to the area. Details on all events can be found at http://www.visitkankakeecounty.com/

Baseball
From Friday, April 12-Sunday, April 14, the area will host the Blast Off at the Point Tournament. Players will represent 9u-14u teams, with a three-game guarantee per team.

There are no gate fees or any other hidden costs. Two umpires will be provided at every game. An adult Tournament Director and Umpire-in-Chief will be on site. BPA souvenir shirts and other apparel will be available for purchase.

The location for events will be the Diamond Point Park Sports Complex, 6279 N 1000W Road, Bourbonnais, IL 60914.

Softball
From April 20-April 27, Kankakee County plays host to NSA Girls Fast-Pitch. All events will be at the PNC River Road Sports Complex, 1900 River Rd. The per-team entry fee is $450.
