Rockford Holding Pregame Rally for Table Tennis Event

The North American Olympic Table Tennis Trials will be at the BMO Harris Bank Center on October 5. Be sure to come and enjoy the FREE all-ages pregame street festival, RALLY RKFD, presented by Northwest Bank, from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. on State and Main Streets in downtown Rockford. There will be food and beverages from local vendors and restaurants, a live DJ, bouncy houses, street hockey and recreational table tennis for all ages.

The community is invited to participate in aCeremonial Ping Pong Ball Drop at 2 p.m. The balls landing closest to the target will win cash prizes of $500 for first place, $250 for second place and $100 for third place. Following the drop, the doors for the Olympic Trials will open at 3 p.m. at the BMO Harris Bank Center.

We encourage organizations and businesses to purchase multiple raffle balls. Ping pong balls are $5 each or $20 for a five-pack. Balls can be purchased online at RockfordOlympicTrials.com/RallyRKFD, in person at RACVB(102 N. Main St.) or BMO Harris Bank Center box office (300 Elm St.).
