Please Note: Upper Iowa will be hosting the NCAA DII Wrestling Nationals at the U.S. Cellular Center
March 9-10, 2018. This was awarded during the last round of NCAA Championship site selections.
The total spending by athletes for these seven events is estimated at $3,289,154.
“Our conference is considered a leader in NCAA Division III, and today’s announcements only enhance that reputation. The conference office proudly calls Cedar Rapids its hometown. These championships will showcase all we have to offer and generate an economic and visibility boost for the length of the contracts,” said Chuck Yrigoyen, Commissioner, Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
