Shane Hackett, Heartland Soccer's executive director, expressed his excitement for the upcoming Fall season, stating, "I was a little surprised to see the record number of teams registering for league. Our goal was to maintain our current numbers as the league has been running at close to full capacity for our four complexes. We continue to see growth in the younger age groups and more teams traveling to Kansas City to experience our world class facilities and play teams from around the Midwest. We extend a warm welcome to all our players, coaches, referees, and parents, as they return to the soccer complexes.”
In addition to the highly regarded league play, Heartland Soccer proudly hosts 14 exceptional tournaments annually. These tournaments attract an impressive lineup of over 3,300 teams and 44,000 youth players from 16 states, including Texas, Minnesota, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Colorado, and Illinois, as well as Canada.
