Heartland Soccer Association, the largest U.S. soccer league and tournament host, will hold the fifth annual Midwest College Showcase from March 7-9 at Garmin Olathe Soccer Complex.

The showcase offers players the unique opportunity to compete in front of college coaches from Divisions I, II, III, NAIA, and NJCAA. Coaches can attend in person or remotely evaluate talent via VidSport, a cutting-edge platform that live-streams and records games in high-quality footage.

VidSport enhances the scouting, training, and recruitment process while also allowing fans to watch the games from anywhere. The Garmin Olathe Soccer Complex, home to the world’s largest fixed AI camera installation, provides coaches across the country the ability to evaluate players in real-time from a distance.

More than 65 boys and girls teams, ages U-13 through U-19, will compete. The event offers a smaller, focused competition environment for athletes looking to continue their soccer careers at the collegiate level.

“We’re excited to provide a top-tier showcase for athletes looking to play at the next level,” said Dave Morrow, tournament director. “This event gives players a valuable opportunity to demonstrate their skills in a competitive setting, while also preparing for the spring season.”

Media are invited to cover the event, which begins Friday at 5:30 p.m., with games continuing Saturday and Sunday starting at 8 a.m.

Heartland Soccer’s tournament series continues with the Heartland Spring Cup on March 14-16, followed by the Kansas City Champions Cup on April 11-13, which is expected to host more than 430 teams.
