The NJCAA has awarded Wichita, Kansas as its host site for upcoming NJCAA Division I and Division II Soccer Championships.

Visit Wichita will host the NJCAA Division II Men’s and Women’s Soccer Championships in 2025 and the NJCAA Division I Men's Soccer Championships in 2026 and 2027.

“Visit Wichita was honored to host the DII men’s and women’s soccer championships in 2021 and the 2023 and 2024 Division I Men’s & Women’s Soccer Championships. Those events not only gave us an opportunity to showcase Sedgwick County and Wichita as a tremendous sports city, but also gave us the chance to show our ability to successfully host national sporting events of this caliber," said Josh Howell, Vice President of Sports Development at Visit Wichita. "Our partnership with the NJCAA is an integral piece of creating sports tourism for Wichita and surrounding areas. We look forward to once again exposing teams, coaches and fans to all the Wichita area has to offer while cheering on the amazing student-athletes that make up the NJCAA.”

Visit Wichita will host the seven-day national tournaments at the SCHEELS Stryker Sports Complex in Wichita. The 2025 DII Men’s and Women’s Soccer Championships will take place November 16-22, 2025.

“The SCHEELS Stryker Sports Complex along with Visit Wichita have done an excellent job as serving as past hosts of NJCAA DI and DII Men’s and Women’s Soccer Championships,” said Jay Mehrhoff, NJCAA DII Men’s Soccer Chair. “The facility and the staff on site are top notch and have provided those memorable moments for NJCAA National Championship participants that will last a lifetime.”

The 2026 and 2027 DI Men’s Soccer Championships will take place November 15-21, 2026, and November 14-20, 2027.

“We felt with the experience, geographical location, hospitality and professionalism of Visit Wichita, this is a great venue to come back to in 2026 and 2027,” stated Vince Gibson, NJCAA DI Men’s Soccer Chair.

The SCHEELS Stryker Sports Complex consists of 11 all-sports turf fields, each with outdoor lighting, and a 112,000-square-foot indoor facility designed to host sporting events and all levels of competition in Wichita and the surrounding areas.

SCHEELS Stryker Sports Complex previously served as the location for the 2021 NJCAA DII Men's and Women's Soccer Championships and the 2023 and 2024 NJCAA Division I Men’s & Women’s Soccer Championships.

“In addition to Wichita’s central location, top-notch facilities and welcoming Midwest spirit, athletes and fans will find plenty to do off the field. From world-class museums and attractions and unique downtown districts to behind-the-scenes animal experiences to family-friendly dining, there’s lots to love in Wichita,” said Susie Santo, president and CEO of Visit Wichita.
