Cary will host some of the top BMX athletes in the world as part of the second stop of the NC BMX Series in partnership with the International Cyclists’ Union on Saturday, April 6 at 11 a.m. at Sk8-Cary.
This event will allow elite BMX riders to earn points towards their qualification for the 2020 Olympic Games, the first Olympic Games to feature the sport. This event is one of the final events prior to National and International Championships for riders to earn points towards Olympic Qualification.
Parking will also be available at the Black Creek Greeway Trailhead. The NC BMX Series Stop II is free for spectators to attend. Elite Registration is $50; Expert Open Registration Fee is $40; Novice Registration Fee is $30; Registration closes at the start of the event.
Passes for the media will be available upon arrival.
