Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company (“HOFV” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: HOFV, HOFVW), the only resort, entertainment and media company centered around the power of professional football and owner of the Hall of Fame Village powered by Johnson Controls (the “Destination”), will be hosting the GEICO ESPN High School Kickoff game between the world-renowned IMG Academy, based in Bradenton, Florida, and Bishop Sycamore High School, an Ohio high school located in the northeast suburbs of Columbus, Ohio.
The game will be nationally televised on ESPN and take place on Sunday, August 29th, 2021, at 1:30pm at the Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium on the Destination’s campus. Tickets are available to the public, and can be purchased for $10 at www.hofvillage.com. Children under 18 do not need a ticket -- simply show up at the gate wearing a jersey and will be admitted FREE!

The Centurions hope to rise through the ranks of Ohio high school football as a program that shows their hard work, dedication, and love for the game.
The school itself is an online-only charter school, with the non-OHSAA-affiliated football program serving as its most public face. The team played its first season of football in 2019, going 5-6 against a schedule that featured only one Ohio team, Dohn Community, another non-OHSAA school in Cincinnati. The other teams on that schedule, though, included Warren Central (Ind.), Clearwater Academy (Fla.), Johnston Central (Ky.), Suffield Academy (Conn.) and Pennsylvania prep school Kiski Prep.
