The prestigious 2021 US Youth Soccer Midwest Presidents Cup arrives in West Chester, Ohio this week and will take to the field at Voice of America MetroPark, June 17-21, 2021. Over 2,000 local players and 9,000 out-of-town athletes and spectators will participate in the five day tournament. The influx of visitors will bring an estimated $4.3 million in local economic impact to surrounding communities.
Teams representing 13U-18U/19U age divisions have earned a spot in the 2021 US Youth Soccer Midwest Presidents Cup by qualifying through their respective state tournaments. The teams will play this weekend for the prestige of advancing to the 2021 US Youth Soccer National Presidents Cup in July, which will take place in Iowa.
During their stay, players and supporters will spend time off the field at a variety of local attractions and activities including Topgolf, Main Event Entertainment, The WEB and EnterTRAINment Junction among many others. They will also fill restaurants as well as hotels with thousands of people pumping millions of dollars into local businesses.
“We are excited to return to West Chester for the 2021 Midwest Presidents Cup,” said Jen Fickett, US Youth Soccer Midwest Presidents Cup Chair. “Hosting the event in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area provides teams with a quality experience on and off the field.”
