The 26th annual Toronto Golf and Travel Show will be held Friday, Feb. 20 to Sunday, Feb. 22 at the International Centre in Mississauga (6900 Airport Rd.).
Visitors will have the opportunity to learn from some of North America’s leading golf professionals and instructors, including Todd Graves, Martin Chuck, Henry Brunton, Jason Helman and Sam Young.
A $10,000 Hole In One Challenge, sponsored by ClubLink Players Club, has been added to this year’s event, while the Golf Town-sponsored Manufacturer’s Demo Range will give golfers the chance to test the latest in golf equipment.
Sponsored by the National Golf Course Owners Association, the Spring Into Golf 5,000 Green Fee Giveaway will be back — with rounds at some of Ontario’s premier courses up for grabs — while the Long Drive Contest will also return and feature four different categories.
Another highlight of the weekend will be the She Swings She Scores Girls’ Club program. Developed by Golf Canada, the program encourages girls to experience the sport in a girls-only setting.
There will also be a number of trip giveaways.
The show runs from noon to 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 20, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21 and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 22.
Admission costs $15 for adults and $12 for seniors (65 plus). Visitors 18 and under are admitted free, compliments of Georgian College.
