The Sevierville Golf Club successfully hosted the 2013 SAC Championship Golf Tournament in Sevierville, TN. As a result, SAC plans to return to The Sevierville Golf Club in 2014.
This year, both men’s and women’s teams representing the 10 members of the South Atlantic Conference competed on the two championship courses. The weather couldn’t have been better for the golfers and the galleries as the three day tournament played out to crown the 2013 men’s and women’s champions on Wednesday April, 17, 2013.
“The Sevierville Golf Club is beautiful and has that ‘championship feel’ says Amanda Osburne, the Director of Internal Operations for the SAC. “We really enjoy the amenities, the good food and great hospitality”.
“We are glad that the SAC chose to have the conference championship golf tournament here with us,” says Mark Wallace, PGA Director of Golf for The Sevierville Golf Club. “Our facility is ideal for hosting this type of event and our location (in Sevierville, TN) makes it even better!”
