Rocky Top Sports World (RTSW), the leading sports facility in Gatlinburg, is delighted to invite the public to celebrate its decade of success during an exclusive Chamber After-Hours event as it commemorates ten years of sports, community building, and incredible impacts on the local and national economy. This Chamber After-Hours Event on September 12, from 5-7:30 pm, will acknowledge its contributions over the past decade and offer a glimpse of the exciting future plans for the facility.

With an economic impact of $400 million in the past 10 years, Rocky Top Sports World is humbled and heartened by its role in fostering community growth and engagement.

Over the past decade, Rocky Top Sports World has proudly hosted more than 425,770 athletes and 30,423 teams from 48 states, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Canada, the Iroquois Nation, and Honduras, attracting over 1,064,423 visitors, both athletes and spectators. These visitors have contributed to over a million hotel stays, bolstering the local economy and solidifying us as a significant player in sports tourism.

“Reflecting on these past 10 years, we are tremendously proud of the growth and milestones we've achieved," General Manager Doug Grote said. "But more importantly, we are excited about what's to come. We can't wait to share with our community the exciting plans we have in store."
