The Abilene Convention & Visitors Bureau (ACVB), an affiliate of the Abilene Chamber of Commerce, is thrilled to announce that the Key City Volleyball Club (KCV) will host its Annual Kick-Off Classic Tournament in Abilene, January 11-12, 2025.
The KCV Kick-Off Classic Tournament is hosted by Abilene's Premier Volleyball Club attracting 75 teams from across Texas for two days of competition. Committed to fostering a community where athletes can reach their fullest potential KCV provides elite training programs, competitive opportunities, and a supportive environment where players thrive. By emphasizing growth and continuous improvement, KCV helps athletes build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of the sport.

The 2025 Tournament is anticipated to generate approximately 900 hotel rooms and an estimated $421,200 in economic impact for local businesses. Key events will be hosted at Dodge Jones Youth Sports Center with record breaking participation causing the events to spread to Clyde High School and Abilene Christian High School. This will mark KCV's fifth annual Kick-Off Classic in Abilene.
