US Youth Soccer is proud to announce that Dallas, Texas and North Texas State Soccer Association will host the 2020 US Youth Soccer Southern Presidents Cup, June 9-14 at MoneyGram Soccer Park.
The event will feature approximately 180 Boys and Girls teams in the 13U through 18U age groups. Regional winners of the 13U through 18U Boys and Girls age groups will earn a berth to the 2020 US Youth Soccer National Presidents Cup.
“North Texas is looking forward to hosting the 2020 US Youth Soccer Southern President’s Cup,” said Janet Campbell, North Texas President. “We hope everyone will enjoy competing at MoneyGram Soccer Park as well as everything the City of Dallas and the Dallas/Fort Worth area has to offer.”
The 2020 US Youth Soccer Southern Presidents Cup will bring a regional Presidents Cup event to Dallas for the first time. The state of Texas last hosted the 2016 US Youth Soccer Southern Presidents Cup in College Station with South Texas Youth Soccer Association.
“US Youth Soccer is very excited to work with North Texas State Soccer Association (NTSSA) and the City of Dallas.” said Tom Condone, US Youth Soccer South Region General Manager. “MoneyGram Soccer Park is a fantastic complex and we appreciate Dallas welcoming the soccer community into its backyard.”
The US Youth Soccer Presidents Cup competitions provide a progressive, competitive experience to US Youth Soccer teams from the state to regional to national level. Each US Youth Soccer State Association determines the path through which its state teams advance to the regional competitions.
