The Hyundai Archery World Cup Salt Lake takes place at the Easton Salt Lake Archery Center, Salt Lake City, Utah, June 20-25, 2017.
The Hyundai Archery World Cup Series consists of four stages and a Final for the top eight archers in each of four divisions. This prestigious target archery event returns to Utah after a five year hiatus abroad as the third leg of the 2017 season. The competition will feature an Official Practice Day on June 20th - a great opportunity for media interviews and photos, followed by qualification, head to head elimination matches, and on the weekend, medal matches and a fun Archery Festival that all are invited to attend.
More than 300 archers will be competing from over 40 countries around the world, including celebrated Olympians and World Champions. The entries list includes U.S. Olympic medalists Brady Ellison (Globe, Arizona), Jake Kaminski (Gainesville, Florida), five-time Olympian Khatuna Lorig (Denver, Colorado) and Olympian Mackenzie Brown (Flint, Texas). On the compound side, U.S. entries include World Champions Reo Wilde (Pocatello, Idaho), Steve Anderson (Bountiful, Utah), Jamie Van Natta (Toledo, Ohio) and Erika Jones (Grand Island, Nebraska). International standouts include six Korean Olympic Champions and strong teams from France, Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands, Colombia and Ukraine.
