USA Triathlon’s annual Endurance Exchange conference will feature a new, regionalized format in 2025. According to the national governing body, the aim is… ‘providing more convenient and more cost-effective opportunities for learning and networking for race directors, coaches, and club leaders and members.’

The regional approach in 20025 will build up to a new, bigger event format and location in 2026 – when an annual conference heads to Orlando, FL.

Endurance Exchange in 2025 will feature a number of regional conferences, offering USA Triathlon certified coaches, race directors, club leaders and members an opportunity to network, share best practices, learn from industry leaders and earn CEUs (continuing education units) at locations in or closer to their home region.

The regional conferences were created following feedback this year from race directors, coaches and clubs in the multisport community who wanted more opportunities to network in person with their industry peers.

The first Endurance Exchange Regional Conference event in 2025 is scheduled for February 6-7 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Registration is open now. Dates and locations for the other 2025 Endurance Exchange regional events will be announced in due course.

In 2026, Endurance Exchange will be hosted as a ‘bigger and better event conference experience’ in Orlando, Florida, on January 9-11, 2026 at The Caribe Royale Orlando. This location will offer learning, networking, and community-building in one location.

A ‘Walt Disney World Good Neighbor’ resort, the Caribe Royale includes pools, sport courts, exclusive walking/running trails, and a two-story fitness centre. Registration for the 2026 conference will launch in late spring 2025.

“We’ve heard from many race directors, coaches and club leaders that the ability to network and share best practices is one of the key benefits to attending Endurance Exchange,” said Victoria Brumfield, USA Triathlon CEO.

“For 2025, multisport leaders will have more opportunities across the country to gather in person to swap ideas with their regional peers and take home key learnings to better serve their athletes and communities.

“For 2026, we are excited for Endurance Exchange to head to Orlando, offering endurance sports professionals and athletes a packed weekend of the best educational and networking opportunities in the endurance sports industry.”

With live sessions presented by the industry’s top coaches, race directors and industry professionals, Endurance Exchange annually features a mix of hands-on, experiential learning workshops and lecture experiences to educate athletes, coaches, race directors and members of the multisport community.

The first Endurance Exchange Regional Conference in 2025 will be February 6-7 in Colorado Springs, with sessions held at the William J Hybl Sports Medicine and Performance Center. USA Triathlon Certified Coaches can earn eight CEUs by attending.

USA Triathlon adds that each 2025 Endurance Exchange Regional Conference will include a presentation and deep dive into the USA Triathlon State of the Sport, an annual report produced by Sponsorship Research International (SRi) that provides insights on the current state of the multisport industry, including insights into regional and national race participation and event production trends, and USA Triathlon membership.

Regional conferences will also include programming and specific tracks for club leaders, race directors and coaches and networking opportunities.

USA Triathlon hosted its 2024 Endurance Exchange this January in Charlotte, North Carolina, which featured more than 30 live sessions presented by coaches, race directors and industry professionals.
