Event Director College Scheduled

Event directors and others who plan to be involved with the setup and implementation of sports events including running events, are encouraged to attend the 23^rd Portland Marathon Event Directors College from October 3-5, 2013. An interactive and educational experience, our Event Directors’ College is primarily a “tactical” hands-on workshop where the details of how to put on an event are reviewed and discussed.

 The event will take place Thursday, October 3, 2013   8:00 AM to Saturday, October 5, 2013   8:00 PM at 1849 SW Salmon St. Portland , OR.

Prices for individual registration are $495.00 in advance; $545 at the door.

Online registration only, payable by credit card, or by check (follow pay-by-check instructions. Note: mailed check must be deposited and cleared before reg. is complete and confirmed). Fee includes registration; class photo; morning and afternoon refreshments; Thursday, Friday and Saturday luncheons; Thursday Night Dinner; Friday Night VIP reception; Saturday Evening ‘Graduation’ Cruise; and VIP Brunch at the finish line on Sunday. Event Directors’ College is presented at various locations throughout the year, including the East coast (in April) and Maui (in January). Another event is also scheduled.
