Dollamur Sport Surfaces Appoints VP of Marketing, Retail Sales

Dollamur Sport Surfaces, a leading manufacturer of sports flooring for wrestling, martial arts, mixed martial arts, CrossFit, gymnastics, cheerleading and yoga, named Dave Rossi as SVP of marketing and retail sales.

A 25-year sports industry veteran, Rossi joins Dollamur with an extensive background in marketing, retail sales and product development. His responsibilities will include branding, product strategy, public relations, website development, social media, trade show management, event support, sponsorships, direct marketing and oversight of new products.

As former chief operating officer of Pivotal 5 in Chicago, Rossi focused on building an operational infrastructure to support rapid sales growth. While serving as chief marketing officer of Schutt Sports, he successfully engineered the rebranding and promotional direction of the company. During his career, he has also held marketing positions with Sportcraft, Maurice, ERO Industries and was one of the original buying team members of The Sports Authority.

Rossi received a Bachelor’s Degree in Product and Business Development from DePaul University as well as studying Business Administration and Management at Penn State University. He will be relocating from Chicago to Dollamur’s corporate headquarters in Fort Worth, Tex.
