Sarah Cronk

Sarah Cronk is the founder of The Sparkle Effect, which works to create inclusive cheerleading squads at the middle school, high school and college level. She created the nation's first high school-based inclusive squad at age 15, and currently delivers The Sparkle Effect's message to thousands of students nationwide. Sarah graduated from Whitman College in May of 2015 with a degree in psychology and currently works on the corporate marketing team at Varsity Spirit in Memphis, TN.
