The regional qualifying schedule for the 2021 Troon Challenge sponsored by Callaway Golf® is continuing. From now through October regional qualifying events will be held at 38 facilities in 13 different states. Two-person teams in both Net and Gross Divisions will compete to qualify for spots in the Troon Challenge National Finals. The National Finals will be held in Arizona with dates and location announced at a later date. Now in its 19th year, the Troon Challenge is Troon's largest amateur golf event, attracting more than 1,600 golfers annually competing in regional qualifying events across the United States.
Regional qualifying events kickoff on Sunday, May 2 at Red Hawk Golf and Resort in Sparks, Nev. Golfers will compete in a Modified 2-Person Best Ball format. Entry fees for regional qualifiers vary by course, but the cost of all qualifying events includes green fee, cart, practice balls, a Callaway cooler, Callaway golf balls, an official AHEAD Troon Challenge hat, on-course contests, live scoring powered by Golf Genius and event prizes. We’ve added more qualifying sites across more states, with a chance to compete in our National Finals. The goal of the 2021 Troon Challenge remains the same as 19 years ago, to provide a fun, competitive, well-run golf event for amateur golfers from our Troon-managed facilities.”
