Who wants to get off the sidelines and back into the hosting game? Everyone, of course. How about an event that is tailor-made for the intersection of business and sports? USA Triathlon is seeking hosts for its next Endurance Exchange in late 2021 or early 2022, and again in late 2022 or early 2023.
Over 900 coaches, race directors, medical-professionals, athletes, retailers, vendors, and executives of the multisport industry from across the country are expected to attend this week-long event. So why wouldn’t anyone want to host it?
It’s easy to get started. This Request for Proposal is open to all convention and visitors bureaus, sports commissions, and event venues interested in hosting USA Triathlon's premier annual sports business conference.
Endurance Exchange is the best source for organizers involved in the sport of triathlon and the endurance multisport industry. Endurance Exchange is operated by USA Triathlon, the national governing body for the sport. Nearly 1,000 coaches, race directors, medical-professionals, athletes, retailers, vendors and executives of the multisport industry from across the country are expected to attend this week-long event.
And that means you should be hosting it. Endurance Exchange is requesting proposals of future host venues for the next two years of the conference, hosted in year one between fall 2021 and spring 2022. The second year of the event will be hosted between fall 2022 and spring 2023. The conference should be hosted near a major city in a warm, southern climate, conducive to fitness activities and outdoor product activations.
Event Dates:
- Year 1: Fall 2021-Spring 2022
- Year 2: Fall 2022-Spring 2023
The entirety of the conference will occur Monday through Saturday of the selected week. There will be multiple clinics hosted in the front half of the week including coaching certification and race director certification. The core conference will begin Wednesday evening.
