January 6, 2024: Live Virtual
February 24, 2024: San Jose, CA, hosted by Bikram Yoga San Jose
April 13, 2024: Andersonville, IL, hosted by Be Yoga Andersonville
May 11, 2024: Live Virtual (Last Chance!)
July 19-21: San Diego, CA (National Competition) at the State Games of America
