24 Hours of LeMons Kicks Off the 2015 Racing Season at Barber

The 24 Hours of LeMons racing series will be running their 2^nd annual event at Barber Motorsports Park, the ‘Shine Country Classic. The 24 Hours of LeMons race organization is a fun and affordable way for amateur and professional drivers to go endurance racing.

Teams are required to race cars that cost no more than $500. These $500 or less cars (a.k.a. Lemons) will be put to the test through races lasting anywhere from 6 to 24 hours in length. Drivers and cars will be challenged to see who can travel the longest distance during the scheduled 13 and ½ hours of racing at Barber. The ‘Shine Country Classic is the first spectator racing event on the 2015 Barber Motorsports Park calendar.

The event will run Saturday, February 7^th through Sunday, February 8^th  at Barber Motorsports Park Paddock, 6040 Barber Motorsports Parkway, Birmingham, AL 35094
