The NFHS has entered into a new corporate partnership in a multi-year deal with DragonFly Athletics to be the Official and Exclusive Game Officials Registration, Assignment and Payment Partner of the NFHS.
DragonFly powers the NFHS Center for Officials Services (COS), the standard for managing game-day officiating. DragonFly Athletics helps the COS to streamline registration, game assignments, game schedule, electronic payments and more in a single platform.
“Partnering with the NFHS is an incredible opportunity to showcase the teamwork, collaboration and support it takes to help drive success on the national level for schools and state associations across the country. We are excited to be a part of the NFHS’ commitment to advancing education-based activities and athletics,” said Kirk Miller, DragonFly Athletics founder and CEO. “The NFHS and DragonFly make an incredible impact across the country; it is a mission we are equally passionate about."
The COS is a modern, consolidated platform that connects everyone associated with officiating. It is part of the DragonFly suite of sports management tools for associations and schools, trusted by more than 25,000 administrators and coaches nationwide.
“The NFHS is thrilled to continue working closely with DragonFly,” said NFHS CEO Dr. Karissa Niehoff. “This partnership solidifies our longstanding relationship to innovate officials services. DragonFly has proven to be a true leader and resource for our member state associations and officials across the country.”
DragonFly is currently used by more than 20 NFHS member state associations and provides key services to more than 300,000 officials and 7,000 high schools. DragonFly’s services are provided at no cost to NFHS member state associations as a benefit to schools to access a comprehensive solution for managing eligibility, officiating and more by automating school sports administration.
