Best Damn Race announces their dates and locations for the 2020 season. This year, they will continue to host events in Safety Harbor, Savannah, Orlando, and New Orleans. The biggest change this year, will take place in Safety Harbor, as it’s now a two-day event.
“We are excited to be heading back to Savannah for a second year and really looking forward to making Orlando, New Orleans, and Safety Harbor even better,” said Nick Zivolich, founder of Best Damn Race. “We continually strive to set the bar higher for our events, so that our runners have the best damn time!”
- Safety Harbor, Florida: 8th year running and set for February 1 and 2, 2020. Runners have the opportunity to run one, two, or all three distances now. These include – the 5K, 10K, half marathon, Double Challenge (5K + 10K), and Triple Challenge (5K + 10K + half marathon). As the largest race of the series, the organizers expect over 5,000 runners across both days. Registration is now open!
- Savannah, Georgia: Bringing it back to Savannah for a second year, the distances include a half marathon and 5K. The race date will be announced soon.
- Orlando, Florida: Entering its 7th year with the distances of half marathon, 10K, 5K, and 5K +10K Challenge, this is their second most popular event. Starting at Lake Eola, this event is set for February 29, 2020. Registration is open now!
- New Orleans, Louisiana: 4th year running, race is set for March 22, 2020 with the distances of a half marathon and 5K. Registration opens on May 1, 2019.
