US Youth Soccer today announced the 2014 national tour schedule for the Kohl's US Youth Soccer American Cup. The largest recreational soccer tournament in the nation is scheduled to be in 46 locations nationwide.

The 2014 Kohl's American Cup national tour will kick off March 29-30 in Gilbert, Ariz., before finishing up the schedule in Barboursville, W.V., November 15-16. Those interested in participating should contact their US Youth Soccer State Association.

"A new season of soccer has started across the country and we are excited to kick off the enhanced Kohl’s US Youth Soccer American Cup which highlights the many benefits of our sport, specifically fun and fair play,” said Todd Roby, director of marketing and communications of US Youth Soccer.

All events will feature Kohl's American Cup elements (tents, banners, premium items) and the Kohl's American Cup Soccer Experience, which comes with three brand new ‘larger-than-life’ inflatable soccer games. A new welcome arch is also ready to welcome the more than 165,000 spectators and participants expected this year. There will also be numerous prizes and souvenirs for participants and their families.

The Kohl's American Cup philosophy is that all players should receive equal opportunities and benefits within their level of play. All players have the right to participate in competitions where they can develop and exhibit their skills while having fun. The Kohl's American Cup provides recreational players this unforgettable opportunity and places emphasis on participation, as opposed to competition.
