NFHS Adds Ephesus Sports Lighting as New Corporate Partner

The National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) has entered into a new corporate partnership with Ephesus Sports Lighting, a brand within Cooper Lighting Solutions that specializes in digital sports lighting systems.

Ever since Ephesus illuminated the first sports arena with LED lighting nearly a decade ago, thousands of municipal and high school fields across North America have made the switch to digital sports lighting. The innovative technology provides facility operators with more control over their lighting including the ability to create entertaining light shows and make sure the light illuminates the playing surface and not the entire neighborhood.

Ephesus offers six lighting options in white, integrated white and RGBA color LED varieties to help athletic facility directors find brighter, more vibrant and more sustainable lighting solutions for their venues.  All lighting products are suitable for indoor and outdoor settings and can be compared using “spec sheets,” installation and configuration guides, parametric modeling, and a number of other resources on the Ephesus website.

The three-year agreement with Ephesus Sports Lighting includes auxiliary partnerships with 12 other state associations including nine NFHS member state associations – the District of Columbia State Athletic Association, Maine Principals Association, Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association, New Hampshire Interscholastic Athletic Association, New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association, New York State Public High School Athletic Association, Ohio High School Athletic Association, Rhode Island Interscholastic League and the Vermont Principals Association.

Sponsorship benefits from the NFHS include designations as an “Official NFHS Corporate Partner” and the “Preferred Sports Lighting Provider of the NFHS,” exhibit spaces at future National Athletic Directors Conferences, and opportunities to place advertisements in NFHS sports rule books and High School Today magazine, and on NFHS social media channels.
