MileSplit, a premier nationwide online network for cross country and track and field coverage and registration, has renewed its partnership with the NFHS for an additional three years. Originally signed as a corporate partner in 2021, MileSplit will remain the Official Cross Country and Track and Field Registration Platform of the NFHS.
"The NFHS is excited to continue its partnership with MileSplit, a vital ally in the growth and development of cross country and track and field,” NFHS CEO Dr. Karissa Niehoff said. “MileSplit’s commitment to providing efficient, cost-effective solutions not only enhances the experience for athletes but also empowers state associations, athletic directors and coaches. Its dedication to recognizing the hard work of student-athletes truly makes a positive impact on the high school community and helps elevate the standards of interscholastic sports."
MileSplit’s free meet registration allows athletic directors and coaches to save time and money on registration, while also growing the sports of cross country and track and field. From planning overage schedule to previewing upcoming meets, MileSplit enhances athletic events and provides their participating athletes the recognition they deserve.
"We are thrilled to continue our partnership with the NFHS as the Official Cross Country and Track and Field Registration Platform,” said Alonso Rodriguez, Director of Operations at MileSplit. “Our shared vision is to not only recognize the hard work of athletes but also to provide cost-effective solutions that make life easier for state associations and athletic directors. By renewing this partnership, we reaffirm our commitment to streamlining meet management, expanding opportunities for competition, and supporting the dedicated coaches and staff who help student-athletes thrive across the country."
Headquartered in Austin, Texas, MileSplit was founded in 2001 and has continued to grow its nationwide network of state affiliates to provide in-depth state-by-state coverage of the sport. At the same time, these state portals feed content into a national database allowing it to provide an unprecedented depth of coverage on the national level as well. It formed an advertising partnership with FloSports in 2011, before being acquired and merging with the company in 2013.
