USRowing has once again partnered with the C.R.A.S.H.-B. Sprints World Indoor Rowing Championships for the 2022 USRowing Indoor National Championships. The event will be held February 13 and will be contested virtually on Concept2 ergometers.
The championship will offer 70+ events in under 15, under 17, under 19, under 23, open, para and masters categories. In addition, there will be lightweight rowing opportunities for masters and U23 individuals, as well as team events for U23 and masters' teams.
Altitude adjustments will be granted for teams/competitors that complete their 2,000- meter ergometer race at 5,400 feet or higher to allow for fair competition. Ten seconds will be subtracted from the team/competitor's final time.
For youth athletes unable to make it to an organized ID camp, 2k scores from the 2022 USRowing Indoor National Championship will be automatically be submitted to the junior national team coaches for review.
Nearly 1,300 competitors from 286 clubs raced at last year's USRowing Indoor National Championships.
