Lauri Harris

Lauri Harris, executive director of USA Cheer, has over 30 years of cheerleading experience.  After graduating from Sacramento State University where she was a member and captain of the dance and cheer teams, she later returned as cheer coach and spirit director. She worked with Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA) as a summer instructor and then moved into a full-time role with Varsity as a regional manager for 25 years, before taking over at USA Cheer. One of her main initiatives is the new emerging sport of STUNT.
