Justin Custardo

Justin Custardo is director of operations and operator relations at GO GROUND, specializing in group and event transportation logistics and services. As a member of the senior management team responsible for the NCAA Championships, he helps handle logistics details for March Madness and the NIT Championship, arguably the two most intense travel situations in all of sports. Justin leads the company’s collaboration with the NCAA to advance bus operator safety and serve the Duty of Care responsibility of its member institutions.
