Darrell Van Vactor

Darrell Van Vactor has spent almost four decades in fishing tournament promotions. He started with Crappiethon USA in 1985 as a tournament director in order to ensure the continuation of a national tournament circuit for crappie anglers. He has remained the operations manager of Crappie USA since 1996. In 2014, he was inducted into the Legends of the Outdoors National Hall of Fame. He also conducts the King Kat Tournament Trail, the most well-known catfish angling tournament in the U.S.
