Karl Stefan is a building scientist and manager of the northeast U.S. office at Pure Air Control Services, Inc., where he performs a variety of indoor environmental quality (IEQ) investigations. Karl has a master’s degree in environmental science and is recognized as a Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC) by the American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC). A few of the indoor air quality (IAQ) projects he has managed include the Collier County Government Complex, Osceola County Government Complex, Leon County Government Complex, Florida Hospital Dade City, and Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) Student Housing.
